Our mouth-watering recipes use no more than five ingredients, take 15 minutes or less to prepare, and are packed with healthy fruits

Mini grape triffle
Grape and jelly trifles

You can use any fruit except pineapple or kiwi fruit, as they contain enzymes that prevent the jelly from setting

Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus chilling
Per serving: 321cals; 9g fat (5g saturated)

  • 4 slices Madeira or sponge cake

  • 1 x 135g packet raspberry jelly

  • 100g (31/2oz) black grapes

  • 8tbsp fresh custard

  • white chocolate
  • 1) Line 4 dessert glasses with the cake or slices.

    2) Make the jelly according to the pack instructions and cool slightly.

    3) Divide the grapes between the 4 glasses and pour over the jelly. Place in the fridge until set.

    4) To serve, spoon 2tbsp of custard over each jelly and garnish with curls of chocolate.
