Grape and jelly triflesYou can use any fruit except pineapple or kiwi fruit, as they contain enzymes that prevent the jelly from setting
Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus chilling
Per serving: 321cals; 9g fat (5g saturated) 4 slices Madeira or sponge cake 1 x 135g packet raspberry jelly 100g (31/2oz) black grapes 8tbsp fresh custard white chocolate1) Line 4 dessert glasses with the cake or slices.
2) Make the jelly according to the pack instructions and cool slightly.
3) Divide the grapes between the 4 glasses and pour over the jelly. Place in the fridge until set.
4) To serve, spoon 2tbsp of custard over each jelly and garnish with curls of chocolate.
