Moroccan rice puddingThis aromatic and comforting pud is served warm but tastes just as delicious chilled.

2 x 425g cans Ambrosia organic rice pudding1tsp cardamom seeds, crushed2tbsp rose water100g (31/2oz) sultanas4tbsp finely chopped pistachiosRose petals, to garnish1. Gently heat the rice pudding in a saucepan over a low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring continuously but not too roughly until it has warmed all the way through.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in
the cardamom, rose water and sultanas. Spoon the spiced
mixture into 6 warmed bowls. Sprinkle over the nuts, garnish
with rose petals and serve.
