Galicia (the part of Spain on the top left, just above Portugal) isn't a mass tourism destination for the British like the Costas, maybe because it rains. But that means it's lush and green, which may be why it's a popular holiday choice for the Spanish. We took a touring holiday, staying in state-owned 'paradors', from the top to the bottom.
